DECATUR

This project design is for a second-floor addition to a home originally built in 1925 and a new detached garage with a second-floor loft apartment. While the project is an extensive renovation, because the owners' grandfather built the original home, as much of the existing structure is being incorporated into the new design as possible. Matching brick was even found to maintain as much of the original home's character.
